Particulars on this site are given in good faith as a general guide. They do not constitute an offer or a contract, and they do not form part of one. Measurements, prices, availability, tenure and title details are believed correct at the time of publication but must be verified. The calculators
The foreign and MM2H purchase check, the offer-to-keys planner and the net rent calculator are provided as general information. They apply published rates and periods current at July 2026 and produce estimates only. They are not legal, tax or financial advice, they do not account for every circumstance, and nothing in them creates a right against us. Take advice from your solicitor and, on tax, from a qualified adviser before you commit.
Rates and rules change
Stamp duty rates, RPGT rates, state minimum prices for foreign acquisition, MM2H requirements and consent timelines are set by government and change. We update this site when they do, but you should confirm the current position before relying on any figure here.
Our fees
Agency fees are agreed in writing before we act and are subject to the Seventh Schedule scale under Act 242 and to Service Tax. Nothing on this page varies the terms of a signed agency agreement.
