Beth spent fifteen years in human resources, the last eight as an HR director for a manufacturing group, where she managed three reductions in force. Delivering those conversations - and watching what good and bad support afterwards did to people - is why she retrained as a coach.
She holds the ICF Professional Certified Coach credential and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional designation, and joined Halsted in 2018. She leads our work with clients navigating layoffs, severance decisions and non-compete questions (alongside their attorneys), and with parents and carers returning after career breaks.
Beth's clients tend to arrive in the worst week of their professional lives. Her first goal is always the same: separate the practical emergency from the identity earthquake, because they recover on different timelines.
