Program 01
Clarity Sprint
Leave with a written, tested answer to "what actually matters to me now" - and the first three moves that follow from it.
A six-week diagnostic for a stuck season. Four sessions, structured exercises between them, and a final written Clarity Brief you will keep referring to for years.
This is for you if
- You are successful on paper and restless in practice, and you cannot tell whether the problem is the role, the company, the field, or the season of life
- Every career conversation you have loops back to the same three complaints without moving
- You keep browsing job boards without applying, because nothing looks better - just different
- You want a structured way to think, not a cheerleader
It is not, if
- You already know exactly what you want and need execution help - the Job Search Sprint is built for that
- You are in the first raw weeks after a layoff - start with a free consultation and we will likely pair you with Beth first
How the 4 sessions run
Session 1 - The honest audit
What is actually draining you, what is genuinely working, and which complaints are about the job versus about the chapter of life. You leave with the Energy Ledger exercise running for two weeks.
Session 2 - What matters now
Values work that is more forensic than inspirational: we mine your actual past decisions - not your aspirations - for what you have consistently protected and consistently traded away.
Session 3 - Options without commitment
We put every option on the table, including staying. Each gets the same treatment: what it would solve, what it would cost, what evidence you currently have, and what evidence one week of small experiments could produce.
Session 4 - The Clarity Brief
We write it together: where you are, what matters now, which direction wins on the current evidence, and your first three moves with dates attached. You keep the brief; most clients pin it above their desk.
FAQ
Asked about the Clarity Sprint
Can six weeks really settle something I have chewed on for two years?
Two years of thinking about it alone is usually two years of the same loop. The sprint does not out-think the loop - it replaces rumination with structured evidence-gathering, which is why it moves. Around one in five Clarity Sprint clients concludes their current role is right and the change needed is in its shape; that counts as clarity too.
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching looks forward and works on action; therapy treats and heals. If what surfaces in session belongs in a therapist's office we will say so plainly - many clients run both in parallel, and the combination is strong.
What if I finish the sprint and want to keep going?
The full Career Change Program picks up exactly where the sprint ends, and sprint alumni credit $400 of the sprint fee toward it within 6 months.
