Where you are
Stuck is a season, not a diagnosis.
You are good at your job. People would trade for your resume. And most mornings something in you says "not this" - quietly, then less quietly. Stuck is the most common reason people walk into this studio, and the most misunderstood.
What stuck actually is
Stuck is rarely laziness or ingratitude, though clients arrive accusing themselves of both. It is usually a signal mismatch: the things this role rewards have drifted away from the things that give you energy, slowly enough that there was never one obvious day to act. Two years of low-grade dread is two years of data. It deserves analysis, not another motivational podcast.
Why you cannot think your way out alone
You have already tried. The loop - complain, browse job boards, find nothing obviously better, conclude you should be grateful, repeat - is not a thinking failure; it is what happens when one person tries to be both the patient and the diagnostician. Structure breaks the loop: an outside question-asker, honest evidence about what drains and feeds you, and options evaluated against criteria instead of moods.
What we would do with you
The Clarity Sprint exists precisely for this: four sessions across six weeks. An honest audit of what is actually draining you. Values mined from your real past decisions, not aspirations. Every option on the table - including staying, which is the right answer for about one in five clients - and a written Clarity Brief with your first three moves. If deeper change is the answer, the full Career Change Program picks up from there.

FAQ
Asked from exactly where you are
Is it normal to feel this way in a job others would love?
It is so normal it is practically the studio's founding demographic. A job being enviable and a job being right for you now are different questions. Guilt about the first tends to delay honest answers to the second by a year or two.
What if I find out the problem is me, not the job?
Sometimes a stuck season is about the chapter of life, not the role - burnout, grief, boredom that would follow you anywhere. Finding that out is a good outcome: it saves you a disruptive job change that would have solved nothing. Coaching helps either way, and we will be straight with you about which pattern we see.
