Program 03
Job Search Sprint
A focused, accountable search: materials that get read, a network that works, interviews prepared like performances, and an offer negotiated properly.
Eight sessions and a weekly operating rhythm across ten to twelve weeks. 87% of Sprint clients accept an offer within six months; the median is inside four.
This is for you if
- You are applying into a void and cannot tell whether the problem is the materials, the targets, or the market
- You hate networking as you currently understand it, and need a version that does not feel like using people
- You get interviews but not offers, or offers but not the offers you wanted
- You were laid off and want the search run like a project, not an emotional weather system
It is not, if
- You do not yet know what you are searching for - clarity first; a fast search in the wrong direction is the most expensive mistake in careers
How the 8 sessions run
Weeks 1-2 - Position
Target definition (roles, sectors, list of 40 named organizations) and your positioning story. We decide what you are selling before we print the brochure.
Weeks 3-4 - Materials
Resume and LinkedIn rebuilt with Elena to CPRW standard, tuned to the target list rather than to "jobs in general".
Weeks 5-8 - Run the search
The weekly cadence: applications where you have an edge, warm conversations where you do not yet. Scripts for outreach that a self-respecting adult can actually send. Weekly scoreboard reviews - conversations booked, not applications fired.
Weeks 9-12 - Interview & close
Interview preparation as rehearsal, not trivia: your six stories, calibrated to the role's actual problems. When offers arrive, Priya's negotiation preparation - and the Offer Decoder - close the loop.
FAQ
Asked about the Job Search Sprint
What does 87% within six months actually count?
Clients who completed the full Sprint between 2022 and 2025 and reported outcomes (214 of 246). It counts accepted offers, including internal moves. It does not count clients who paused the search for personal reasons, and we will never pressure a client to accept a wrong offer to feed a statistic.
I was just laid off. Should I start immediately?
Usually after a short beat. Week one after a layoff is for severance decisions and stabilizing - Beth's territory, and often covered by a single session before the Sprint proper starts. Starting the public search from a settled footing beats starting it from adrenaline.
Do you apply to jobs for me?
No, and be wary of services that do. Recruiters can smell outsourced applications, and interviews go to people who can speak to why this role. We make your hours efficient; we do not impersonate you.
