Privacy Policy
Written in plain English on purpose.
Effective June 1, 2026. Halsted Career Studio LLC ("the studio", "we") collects only the personal information you give us and uses it only to deliver coaching services.
What we collect
Contact details you submit through our forms (name, email, phone), scheduling information, and - if you become a client - the engagement records described in our coaching agreement. Our free tools (the Stuck Map, the Offer Decoder) run entirely in your browser: the numbers you enter are not transmitted to us or stored anywhere.
What we do with it
Reply to you, schedule sessions, deliver coaching, and invoice. We send no marketing sequences; you will only receive an email from us that a human wrote. We never sell or share personal information with third parties for their marketing.
Session confidentiality
Session content is confidential under the coaching agreement and the ICF Code of Ethics, with narrow legal exceptions (imminent risk of harm, court compulsion). Employer-funded engagements: the employer receives invoices and attendance confirmation only.
Retention and your rights
Engagement records are kept for seven years for tax and professional purposes, then destroyed. Email us at hello@halstedcareerstudio.com to access, correct or delete your information; we answer within 30 days.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no trackers.
