Ours is the Job Search Sprint, delivered one-to-one by the same coaches our private clients pay for: positioning, materials to CPRW standard, a conversation-led search, interview rehearsal and negotiation support — plus Beth Kowalski’s transition sessions for the first raw weeks, informed by fifteen years as an HR director on the delivering side of reductions.

Engagements are priced per departing employee with volume tiers for larger reductions; every employee gets a real coach, not a queue. Your HR team receives participation confirmation and aggregate outcomes — never session content.
