Elena came to coaching from the receiving end of the applicant tracking system: five years as an HR generalist for a logistics company, screening thousands of applications a year. She knows exactly how long a recruiter looks at page one, and she has made peace with telling clients the number.
She is a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW), holds the ICF Associate Certified Coach credential, and coaches in English and Spanish. She joined Halsted in 2021 and leads the Resume & LinkedIn Overhaul and the materials weeks inside the Job Search Sprint.
