Strengths & Early-Career Coach
Jordan Okafor ACC
CliftonStrengths, first-time managers, late-20s to mid-30s pivots
Jordan started in nonprofit program management, became a team lead at 27, and discovered - the hard way - that being promoted for doing the work has almost nothing to do with knowing how to lead people doing the work. That experience is now his specialty.
He is a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths coach and holds the ICF Associate Certified Coach credential. At Halsted he coaches professionals in their late twenties and thirties making their first deliberate career decisions, and runs the studio's strengths debriefs for every program client.
Jordan believes strengths language is useful precisely because it gives people permission to stop apologizing for how they work best.
