Priya spent eight years in strategy consulting, where she negotiated for a living and watched brilliant colleagues systematically under-negotiate for themselves. She left consulting to train as a coach because the gap fascinated her: the same person who would fight for a client's margin would accept their own offer letter in one email.
She holds an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and the ICF Professional Certified Coach credential. At Halsted she leads Offer & Negotiation Coaching and Step-Up Coaching, and built the studio's Offer Decoder tool with more spreadsheet enthusiasm than anyone thought possible.
