Baby & toddler · 0–3 years
The gentle start
The gentle start. Short, playful visits that build good habits and keep the dentist a friendly place — not a scary one.
- A first check by the first birthday (or within 6 months of the first tooth)
- Advice on brushing, bottles, dummies and diet
- Spotting early decay before it becomes a problem
Visits: First visit by age 1, then a quick check every 6 months.
Comfort: Under-4s get a complimentary “happy visit” — no treatment, just a friendly hello so the clinic feels safe.
Child · 4–12 years
Protecting the new adult teeth as they arrive, and keeping the whole thing fun so brushing sticks for life

- Regular check-ups, cleaning and fluoride
- Fissure sealants to protect new back teeth
- Gentle, tooth-coloured fillings when needed
- An early bite check — with our orthodontist if useful
Visits: Check-up and clean every 6 months; first orthodontic check around age 7.
Comfort: A play corner at every branch and a dentist who never uses scary words. Parents are always welcome in the room.
Teen · 13–17 years
