The terms on which we provide this website and our appointment, deposit and cancellation policies.

This website is for general information about Brightside Dental & Kids and is not a substitute for professional dental advice, diagnosis or treatment. Prices shown are indicative starting points and are confirmed only after an examination. Any images shown are with the patient’s or guardian’s consent, are unaltered and representative only — individual results vary and are never guaranteed.
Appointments & deposits
- A RM50 deposit secures new-patient and treatment appointments and is credited to your treatment.
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel. Children’s appointments changed with notice are not charged.
- Repeated missed appointments without notice may mean we ask for a deposit before rebooking.
Fees & tax
Fees are in Ringgit Malaysia. Medically necessary dental treatment is exempt from service tax; elective cosmetic procedures may attract 8% SST where applicable. You will always be told the cost before treatment proceeds.
Complaints
If something isn’t right, please tell the branch manager or email hello@brightsidedental.com.my. We take concerns seriously and will respond promptly. Matters relating to professional conduct may also be raised with the Malaysian Dental Council.
Regulatory
Our clinics are registered under the Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Act 1998 (Act 586). Our dentists are registered with the Malaysian Dental Council and hold valid Annual Practising Certificates; specialists are listed on the National Specialist Register. Advertising approval KKLIU 2116/2026 (valid to 31.12.2028).
