Your first visit, made easy
Whether it’s your check-up or your child’s very first trip to the dentist, here’s exactly what to expect — so there are no surprises.
What to bring
- Yourself (and your child, if it’s their visit)
- Your IC or passport
- Any recent dental X-rays or a treatment plan from another clinic — second opinions are free
- A list of any medicines you take, if relevant
What happens at an adult first visit
We’ll talk through your history and any concerns, examine your teeth, gums, bite and soft tissues, take X-rays only if there’s a clinical reason, and clean where needed. You’ll leave with a clear, itemised plan — and prices — for anything we find. Nothing is done without your say-so.
Your child’s first visit
First visits for children are short and playful — a ride in the chair, a tooth count, and a friendly chat. Under-4s get a complimentary “happy visit” with no treatment at all, just a chance to get comfortable. Parents are always welcome in the room.

- New-patient exam with two small X-rays from RM160
- A RM50 deposit secures your appointment and is credited to your treatment
- Please give 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel
