FAQ
Questions, answered plainly
The things patients ask us most, from cost and pain to anxiety and emergencies. Can’t see yours? Just ask.
How much do treatments cost, and are prices published?
Yes. Unlike most clinics we publish a full “from” price list, and after your assessment you receive a fixed written quote before anything begins. Try the Smile Plan estimator to see an indicative figure and monthly instalment for your goal.
Do you offer instalment plans?
Yes — 0% instalments over 6, 12 or 24 months through participating credit cards, so larger treatments like implants, aligners and makeovers are manageable. We set out the monthly figure in writing.
I’m very nervous about the dentist. Can you help?
This is one of the reasons Enara exists. We book longer appointments, explain before we do anything, agree a stop signal so you stay in control, and offer sedation for suitable procedures. Dr. Yasmin Iskandar leads our gentle-care approach — see our page for nervous patients.
Will it hurt?
Most treatment is carried out under local anaesthetic and is comfortable. Root canals and extractions have a fearsome reputation that modern technique simply does not match — the pain people dread is usually the infection beforehand, which treatment relieves.
Are your dentists qualified and registered?
Every dentist is registered with the Malaysian Dental Council and holds a current Annual Practising Certificate. Our prosthodontist, orthodontist, periodontist and endodontist are registered specialists on the National Specialist Register. Credentials are listed on each clinician’s profile.
How often should I come for a check-up?
Most people do well with a check and clean every six months. If you are prone to gum problems or stain heavily, we may suggest three to four months. We recommend what your mouth needs, not a fixed schedule.
Do you treat children?
Yes — we see children for check-ups, prevention and gentle early treatment, usually with Dr. Yasmin. Complex orthodontic timing is assessed by our orthodontist, Dr. Voon.
What if I have a dental emergency?
Call us as early in the day as you can and we will do our best to see you the same day for pain, swelling or a broken tooth. Our number and WhatsApp are at the top of every page.
