Implants
Full-arch implants
A fixed set of teeth on four to six implants — a stable, non-removable alternative to a full denture, often fitted with a same-day temporary bridge.

What it is
Full-arch implant treatment (often called All-on-4 or All-on-6) replaces a whole arch of missing or failing teeth with a fixed bridge anchored on four to six implants. Unlike a denture, it does not come out, does not cover the palate, and lets you eat with confidence again.
Who it is for
It suits patients who have lost, or are about to lose, most of an arch — through gum disease, decay or failing old work — and who want a fixed solution rather than a plate. Dr. Danish Farhan assesses bone, bite and general health carefully; this is considered treatment, and we will tell you plainly if a simpler option serves you better.
The journey
- Full 3D work-up and a frank conversation about options and cost.
- Surgery day — implants placed and, in most cases, a fixed temporary bridge fitted so you never leave without teeth.
- Healing — the implants integrate over several months while you wear the temporary.
- Final bridge — a definitive, custom bridge is made and fitted.
Cost & financing
Full-arch treatment is a significant investment and the price reflects the surgery, components and laboratory work involved. We publish a clear from-price, itemise your plan in writing, and offer 0% instalments over 24 months so the cost is manageable.
Common questions
Will I leave with teeth on the day?
In most cases yes — a fixed temporary bridge is placed the same day. Occasionally healing needs to come first, which we discuss beforehand.
Is this the same as dentures?
No. This is a fixed bridge screwed to implants — it does not come out and is far more stable than a removable denture.
