Wisdom tooth surgery
Careful removal of impacted or troublesome wisdom teeth, with 3D planning to keep the procedure safe and the recovery smooth.

When they need to come out
Not every wisdom tooth needs removing. We recommend it when a tooth is impacted, repeatedly infected, causing decay in the tooth in front, or crowding — and we leave well-behaved ones alone. A 3D scan lets us see the position of the nerve and roots clearly before any surgery.
What to expect
Removal is done under local anaesthetic; sedation is available for anxious patients. Expect some swelling and soreness for a few days, managed with painkillers and simple aftercare we walk you through. We review healing at one week.
Common questions
Can I be sedated for this?
Yes. We offer sedation for wisdom-tooth surgery and other procedures for patients who would prefer it — discuss it at your assessment.
