This notice explains how Enara Dental Studio Sdn. Bhd. (“Enara”, “we”) collects and uses your personal data, in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

When you enquire, book or attend, we collect your name, contact details, and the health and treatment information necessary to provide dental care. Our website enquiry form collects only the details you choose to submit.

How we use it

• To arrange and provide your dental care and appointments;
• To contact you about your treatment, results and recalls;
• To keep clinical records as required by law and professional standards;
• To process payments and, where you choose, instalment applications.

Sharing

We share your data only where necessary — for example with a dental laboratory, a specialist referral, or a financing partner you have applied to — and only to the extent required. We do not sell your data.

Storage & retention

Clinical records are held securely and retained for the periods required by Malaysian law and dental-record guidelines.

Your rights
