Straighten
Invisalign & clear aligners
Near-invisible removable aligners that straighten teeth on a plan designed and reviewed in person by a registered orthodontist.

What it is
Clear aligners are a series of custom, transparent trays that move your teeth a little at a time. They are removable for eating and brushing, and most people will not notice you are wearing them. At Enara every aligner case is planned and monitored by Dr. Adeline Voon, a registered orthodontist — not outsourced to an app.
Why the orthodontist matters
Aligners are a tool; the result depends on the plan behind them. A specialist decides which teeth to move, in what order, and where subtle attachments or refinements are needed. This is why our aligner cases are reviewed in the chair, not just through a phone. It is also why we can take on cases that direct-to-consumer services turn away.
How it works
- Records & plan — a 3D scan and a digital treatment plan you can preview.
- Wear — each set of aligners is worn about 22 hours a day, changed roughly weekly to fortnightly.
- Reviews — periodic in-person checks to keep movement on track.
- Retention — retainers hold the result; teeth drift for life without them.
Aligners or braces?
Aligners win on appearance and comfort and suit most mild-to-moderate cases. Braces can be more efficient for complex movements and cost less. Dr. Voon will recommend honestly rather than sell you the pricier option — see our plain guide to aligners versus braces.
Common questions
How much do clear aligners cost in Malaysia?
At Enara, light cases start from RM7,500 and full treatment from RM11,000, depending on complexity. You will get a fixed written quote after your assessment, with 0% instalments available.
Do aligners hurt?
You feel gentle pressure for a day or two with each new set — a sign they are working. It is milder than the ache people remember from tightened braces.
