Fees
Published, in ringgit, before you commit.
Legal fees you discover afterwards are a second dispute. Ours are published below, confirmed in writing at each stage, and billed against estimates you have already seen. All fees attract 8% service tax; disbursements (filing fees, travel, transcripts) are charged at cost.

The rules the numbers follow
Ranges resolve at assessment. Where a range is shown, your written estimate lands inside it after we have seen the file — complexity, witnesses and documents move it, surprises do not.
Staged billing. Litigation bills at stages (pleadings, witness statements, hearing, submissions), each stage estimated before it begins. You can stop at any stage with only that stage payable.
The assessment fee works for you. RM 480 is deducted from professional fees if you engage us within thirty days. If our advice is "you have no case" or "sign the offer", the RM 480 is the whole cost of knowing that.
What we don't do. No contingency arrangements (the Legal Profession Act 1976 prohibits them), no unquantified "we'll see" retainers, and no fee surprises that survive a phone call.

Every engagement starts with a fixed-fee assessment and ends each stage with a bill that matches the estimate you signed off.
