What it is like

Pulau Tikus is where Penang money has lived for fifty years and the pricing shows it. The draw is walkability: the wet market, the schools, the clinics and the seafront are all inside a fifteen-minute radius, which is rare on this island. Landed stock here is tightly held and often sells before it is advertised. Strata pricing runs the widest range of anywhere on the island because a 1990s block and a 2020 block can sit on the same street with RM400 psf between them.
