Marguerite ran operations for a health system with eleven thousand staff and four hospitals before she coached anyone. She knows what it is to hold a seat where the decisions are consequential, the information is late, and every option is somebody's bad day.
She founded Wolcott in 2012 after eight years of being handed coaches who had never carried a P&L and could not follow her operating problem. The practice she built hires only people who have.
Marguerite works mostly with SVPs and C-suite leaders in complex, regulated organisations, and with the sponsors who commission the work. She holds the ICF Master Certified Coach credential — roughly four per cent of credentialled coaches do — and chairs Wolcott's ethics review.

The North Loop rooms, on video, or a mix — about half of Marguerite’s engagements run entirely remotely.
