Fees
Every fee we charge, on one page
Nobody in this market publishes prices. The first thing a serious buyer wants to know is whether they are in the right room, and making them fill in a form to find out is a small act of contempt.

What the fee buys
A room, a coach who has sat where you sit, and an end date
Fortnightly ninety-minute sessions in the North Loop or on video, eight to twelve confidential stakeholder interviews, a signed three-way contract, a mid-point review at which stopping is a real option, and a closing readout. Between-session contact is included rather than metered.
What you are not paying for: a portal, a licence, a curriculum, or a coach who is still doing their old job three days a week.
Add-ons
- Stakeholder Read (where not included) — $3,600
- Psychometric + live debrief — $1,450
- Additional sponsor review — $900
- Facilitated offsite day — from $12,000
- 90-day stakeholder pulse — $1,800
Volume
5% from the third concurrent engagement in one organisation. 10% from the sixth. Applied automatically — you do not have to ask, and asking will not get you more.
What is excluded
Travel outside Minneapolis and Des Moines, billed at cost with receipts. Venue hire for offsites. Nothing else — between-session contact, scheduling and readouts are all in the fee.
Invoicing
50% on countersignature, 50% at the mid-point, net 30. Cohorts invoice per participant before the first session. PO numbers carried on every invoice.
Cancellation
Rescheduling with 48 hours’ notice is free, twice per engagement. Beyond that a missed session is a used session — a rule that exists to defend your calendar from your own organisation.
Self-funded
About one engagement in six is paid for by the leader rather than an employer. Same fees, no sponsor, no readout, and the confidentiality question simply disappears.

Fees held at these levels since January 2026 and reviewed each January. An engagement is quoted at the fee published on the day it is signed, and that fee does not move during the engagement.
Chemistry call
Start with a conversation, not a contract
Thirty minutes with up to three coaches, free, with no sponsor in the room. You choose who you work with — we never assign.
