Every coach at Wolcott ran something with real consequences before they coached anyone, and every one holds an ICF credential. Operating experience without coaching discipline produces a mentor with opinions; the credential without the operating years produces someone who cannot follow your problem.
And one person who is not a coach
Nathan Skoglund
Director of client operations. Contracting, scheduling, invoices, insurance certificates.
Nathan is the reason a Wolcott engagement can be through your procurement process in a week rather than a quarter. He handles the MSA, the certificate of insurance, the W-9, the security questionnaire, the scheduling and the invoicing.
He is not a coach and never sits in a coaching session. He also never sees session notes.
