Anders took over a Nordic business unit three weeks after its previous leader was removed, in a market he had never worked in, with a team that had every reason to distrust the appointment. He got it wrong for a quarter and then got it right.
He leads the transitions practice: new-leader entry plans, first-hundred-and-twenty-day work, and the specific problem of arriving in a job where the last person is still spoken of fondly.
