What we collect

• Enquiry details — name, work email, organisation, phone and what you tell us about the situation.
• Engagement records — scheduling, attendance, invoicing details and the signed Working Contract.
• Session notes — a coach's own working notes, held in an encrypted store hosted in the United States.
• Stakeholder interview material — themed and de-identified before it leaves the coach.
• Assessment results where a psychometric instrument is used, held under the publisher's terms.

We collect no biometric information of any kind, and we do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Why

To respond to your enquiry, to deliver and administer an engagement, to invoice, and to meet our legal and insurance obligations. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add enquirers to a marketing list.

How long

Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted after twelve months. Session notes are retained for three years after an engagement closes and then destroyed. Financial records are retained for seven years as US tax rules require.

Your rights

Minnesota residents have the rights granted by the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act, and California residents have the right under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Coachees based in the UK or EU are covered by GDPR terms available on request, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.

Sharing

Sponsors receive only what the confidentiality boundary permits — see what your sponsor sees. Our scheduling, video and accounting providers process data on our behalf under written terms. Nobody else receives anything.
