Not an offsite. Six months of working with a leadership team on how it actually decides, escalates and disagrees — plus a 1:1 thread for every member.
What it includes
- A confidential 45-minute interview with every member before anything is designed
- A team diagnostic across decision rights, conflict, cadence, and the gap between stated and actual priorities
- Six half-day team sessions across six months, plus live observation of two of your own meetings
- Three 1:1 sessions per member, running alongside
- A written team operating agreement that the team drafts, not us
- A closing readout to the team, and to the sponsor if the team agrees the wording
We watch you work
Two of the six months include sitting in your actual leadership meeting and your actual escalation forum. Not to intervene — to see the thing rather than the description of the thing.
The gap between how a team believes it decides and how it decides is where almost all of the value is. Teams are consistently surprised. Priya has yet to meet one that was not.
The 1:1 thread matters
Team coaching without individual work becomes a performance: everyone agrees in the room and nothing changes on Monday. Each member gets three private sessions with a coach who is not facilitating the team sessions, so there is somewhere to take the thing they are not going to say yet.
Who it is for
- A leadership team that is individually excellent and collectively slow
- A team that has grown, merged or lost half its members inside a year
- A new leader who has inherited a team with an established way of not saying things
Who it is not for
- A team whose real problem is that one member should not be on it. Coaching cannot do a decision the CEO is avoiding.
- A one-day energiser. We would rather refer you to a facilitator than sell six months you do not need.

Questions people ask about leadership team coaching
Who is the client — the team or the CEO?
The team. The CEO is a member of it and gets no special channel. We contract that explicitly, because the alternative quietly destroys the work.
Can you do this in one intensive week?
No. Team behaviour changes across cycles of real work, not across a week of goodwill.
What if the team says something the sponsor will not like?
The team agrees the wording of anything that leaves the room. If they will not agree wording, nothing leaves the room but attendance.
