Published from-prices: whitening $545–$895, composite bonding from $495 per tooth, porcelain veneers from $2,150 per tooth, Invisalign $4,900–$9,400, implants from $5,950 including the crown. Every plan is quoted in writing against ADA item numbers before anything begins — the fees page lists them.

Extras cover typically contributes to examinations, hygiene and some restorative items; purely cosmetic treatment is usually excluded, and may attract GST. Bring your fund details — we quote item numbers so you can pre-check your rebate, and we claim on the spot through HICAPS.

Yes — staged treatment plans (pay per stage, the plan is built to pause cleanly) and third-party payment plans over 12–24 months (terms and eligibility apply). What we don’t do is inflate fees to hide finance costs.

Better — it’s redeemed. The full $180 comes off your first treatment invoice. If you don’t proceed, you still leave with your photographs, digital smile preview and a written plan you can take anywhere.

You’re in the majority, not the minority. Appointments run long by design so nothing is rushed, you get a stop signal that we honour instantly, and sedation options exist for longer procedures. Many of our patients arrived carrying a decade of avoidance; the first visit is just a conversation in a room with a nice view.

Preparation happens under local anaesthetic; most patients report the temporary phase (a few days of adjusting) as the only discomfort. Bonding usually needs no anaesthetic at all.

Some sensitivity for 24–48 hours is common with in-chair whitening. We pre-treat with desensitiser and calibrate the program to your history — sensitive patients often do the gentler take-home course instead.

Only if designed to. “Obviously done” comes from opaque porcelain, over-white shades and identical rectangles. Hand-layered ceramics with edge translucency, a shade chosen for your skin in daylight, and the trial-smile veto make the opposite outcome — nobody can tell — the normal one here.

Veneers: sensitivity, debonding, rare nerve irritation; preparation is irreversible. Implants: surgical risks and a small failure rate, higher in smokers. Whitening: temporary sensitivity. Gum contouring: relapse if bone position dictated the gum line. Every plan states the risks that apply to you in writing — and any surgical or invasive procedure carries risks; a second opinion is always reasonable.

Australian law (National Law s.133) restricts patient testimonials in health advertising, and we take it at face value rather than looking for workarounds. Our evidence is the gallery: genuine patients, standardised photography, zero retouching, with the recipe and investment published per case.

45 minutes with Dr Ellison or Dr Raman: calibrated photography, a digital scan, an honest conversation about what you’d change, and the routes — often including the cheaper one we’d choose ourselves. A written itemised plan follows within three days.

New-patient consultations currently run two to three weeks out; Saturdays book first. Treatment starts are typically within a fortnight of plan approval.
