The experience
Your first visit, hour by hour.
Forty-five minutes, no drilling, no commitment — and you leave owning everything we produce, whether or not we ever meet again.
Before you arrive
Isabelle, our treatment coordinator, calls ahead of your visit: what’s worrying you, what you’ve been quoted elsewhere (bring it — we’ll translate it into plain English), any dental anxiety we should plan around. Street parking runs along High Street and Kooyong Road; Armadale station is a four-minute walk.
The forty-five minutes
Minutes 0–10 — the conversation. Not in a chair. In the corner of the studio with the good light, where you tell us what you’d change and — just as useful — what you’re afraid of ending up with.
Minutes 10–30 — the records. Calibrated photography against a neutral grey, a digital scan of both arches, and an examination that looks at gum health and bite before anything cosmetic. If imaging is needed, it happens here under our own radiation licence.
Minutes 30–45 — the routes. Dr Ellison or Dr Raman walks you through what’s achievable — usually two or three routes at genuinely different price points, including the cheaper one we’d choose ourselves. You’ll see gallery cases that started where you are.
What follows
Within three days: a written plan, itemised against ADA codes, with each stage priced separately. No deposit is taken at the consultation and nobody phones you to “lock in a special”. The plan is yours; so are your photographs and scans, and we email them to you or to any second-opinion practitioner you choose.
Begin in daylight
The first appointment is just a conversation.
A 45-minute consultation with photographic records, a digital preview and a written plan — $180, redeemable against any treatment.
