Claire qualified ACA with a mid-tier Manchester practice, then spent twelve years in industry, the last seven as finance director of a three-site retail and trade-counter group turning over £11m.
At Fellside she leads the Money discipline: every client gets a monthly numbers pack they actually understand — gross margin by line, true owner pay, cash runway — and every coach uses her frameworks in session.
She holds the ICF PCC credential with over 1,400 coaching hours, and runs the quarterly Understand Your Numbers workshop that most clients call their turning point.
