Who we are

Fellside Coaching Ltd, Studio 4.06, 27 Blossom Street, Ancoats, Manchester M4 6AD. Registered in England & Wales No. 07914562. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website and in the course of providing coaching services, registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO registration ZA772941).

What we collect and why

Enquiry and booking data — name, company, contact details and anything you tell us about your business — used to arrange and deliver sessions (legal basis: steps prior to a contract). Client engagement data — session notes, numbers packs and route cards — used to deliver coaching (legal basis: contract). Event bookings — used to administer your seat (contract).

What we never do

We do not sell personal data, run advertising trackers on this site, or share client information with anyone outside the practice except where you ask us to (for example, with your accountant) or the law requires it. Everything discussed in coaching and Boardroom sessions is confidential; Boardroom members additionally sign a mutual confidentiality deed.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for 12 months after last contact; client files for 6 years after the engagement ends (limitation and tax purposes); event lists for 12 months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and may object to processing. Email hello@fellsidecoaching.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
