Terms of engagement

The service

Fellside Coaching Ltd provides business coaching, peer-board facilitation and workshops. Coaching is advisory and facilitative: decisions, and responsibility for them, remain yours. We do not provide financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and nothing in a session should be treated as such.

Fees and payment

Fees are as published on the pricing page at the date of engagement, plus VAT, invoiced monthly in advance (programmes) or on booking (workshops, Kickstart 90). Payment terms are 14 days. Fees are reviewed each January with 60 days' notice to existing clients.

Commitment and cancellation

One-to-One coaching is rolling monthly with three months' written notice either side. The Boardroom has a six-month initial commitment, then rolls monthly with the same notice. Individual sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hours' notice; sessions missed without notice are charged. Workshop seats are transferable but refundable only with 7 days' notice.

Confidentiality

Everything you share with us is confidential, indefinitely, except where disclosure is required by law. Boardroom members sign a mutual confidentiality deed on joining. We only publish client results, names or case studies with written permission.

Results

Published figures (including the practice average of +31% net profit within 18 months) are client-reported and historical. They are not a promise: outcomes depend on your implementation of agreed actions.

Liability

Our liability in respect of any engagement is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited. We carry professional indemnity insurance; details available on request.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
