01How workshops run
Small rooms, real numbers, no theatre. You will work on your own business for at least half of every session — that is why seats are capped at sixteen and why the same four workshops have run, refined, since 2015.

Upcoming dates are on the events page. Workshops sell out most quarters; coaching clients and Boardroom members book free via their coach.

Asked before joining
Are workshops a sales pitch for coaching?
No. They are priced to stand alone and most attendees never become coaching clients. If you want to talk afterwards, book the free Survey Session like anyone else.
Do you run in-house versions?
Yes — Understand Your Numbers and The First Five Hires both run privately for management teams. Ask for a quote.
