01Who this is for
The electrician with two vans invoicing at last year’s rates. The consultant billing £70 an hour and working sixty of them. The café owner who has never once paid herself properly. Kickstart 90 exists because younger businesses need pace and structure more than they need a standing retainer.
02The arc
Weeks 1–3: Survey — true costs, true margins, true hours. Weeks 4–7: Price and pipeline — reprice the work, script the increase conversation, build the follow-up rhythm. Weeks 8–11: Delegate and systemise — the first two handovers, written down simply enough to survive contact with a Tuesday. Weeks 12–13: Route card and graduation.
03What changes

04Afterwards
About half of graduates move to One-to-One coaching; the rest leave with the route card and come back to workshops. There is no pressure either way — the programme is priced to stand on its own.

Can I spread the cost?
Yes — three monthly payments of £995 plus VAT. We are straightforward about this: if £2,950 would genuinely strain the business, fix the pricing first with the free Survey Session and come back when it won’t.
Is it really weekly?
Yes. Momentum is the point. Sessions are 60 minutes, same slot each week, video or in person.
What if I miss a week?
Life happens — sessions can be moved within the week. The 90 days can pause once, for up to a fortnight.
