01How it starts
Every engagement opens with the free 90-minute Survey Session, then a paid half-day Deep Survey (£450, credited against your first month): full Terrain Survey, last two year-ends on the table, margin by line, and an honest conversation about what the business takes from you. You leave with the first route card whether or not you continue.
02What sessions are like
Not a chat. Your numbers open every session — sales, gross margin, cash, hours worked. Then one working problem gets solved properly: a price rise scripted, an org chart redrawn, a hire scoped, a customer sacked. Decisions are minuted and actions carried forward until they are done or deliberately dropped.
03Who coaches you
You are matched by sector: Martin takes trades and construction, Priya takes agencies, Sam takes hospitality and service businesses, Neil takes manufacturers, and Claire joins any engagement where the finances need rebuilding first. No handovers to juniors — there aren’t any.
04What it costs and what it returns
£850 per month plus VAT, rolling, with three months’ notice either way. Clients who implement average +31% net profit within 18 months (client-reported). If after 90 days you don’t believe the work is paying for itself, we will say so before you do.

Asked before joining
Do you coach in person or remotely?
Both. Manchester-area clients mostly alternate: one session at Blossom Street, one on video. We coach owners as far out as Carlisle and Lincoln entirely remotely.
What if my numbers are a mess?
Common, and not a barrier. Claire’s Money framework rebuilds a usable monthly pack in the first six weeks, usually working with your existing bookkeeper or accountant.
Is there a contract?
Rolling monthly with three months’ notice. No 12-month tie-ins. Retention does our contracting for us — 92% of clients stay past a year.
