THE OPERATOR YEARS
Priya founded Halfday, a Leeds digital agency, in 2009 and ran it for nine years — 22 staff at peak, retained clients across retail and professional services — before selling her stake in 2018.
The agency nearly broke her twice: once through over-servicing (a 61% delivery cost base she thought was normal) and once through a founder buy-out. Both experiences shaped how she coaches: utilisation, scope discipline and pricing courage before anything else.
She joined Fellside in 2019, holds EMCC Practitioner accreditation and the ICF ACC credential, and coaches agency and studio founders across the North.
