Under 40, or anyone who simply wants a baseline they can measure against later.

Bought test by test these would cost £513 for a woman and £513 for a man. As a package it is £395.

That is the whole discount. There is no consultation fee on top and no upsell on the day. If we find something that needs investigating, that becomes a normal appointment at the normal price and we tell you the cost first.

What happens

Before you come
Do not eat for ten hours beforehand. Water and black coffee are fine. Take your usual medication unless we say otherwise.
Measurements
Height, weight, waist and blood pressure with a nurse, plus the clinical tests listed above.
Blood tests
Taken on the first floor. Samples go to the lab the same day and most results are back within 48 hours.
Your results
A GP reviews everything, writes a plain-English report and phones you to go through it.

What this check cannot do

It is not a cancer test. A normal health check does not rule out cancer, and no blood panel does. If you have a symptom that worries you, book an appointment about that symptom instead — it is a better use of your money.
Some abnormal results are false alarms. Test enough healthy people and a proportion will have a number slightly outside the range that means nothing. That is why a doctor reads them in context rather than a portal flagging them red.
A normal result today is not a guarantee for the year. It is a baseline. Its real value shows up the second time you do it.
We will occasionally tell you that a test you have asked for is not worth doing, and take it out of the basket. Female hormone profiles over 45 are the usual example.
