Website terms
About these terms
This website is published by Ravelston Health Ltd. By using it you accept these terms.
The information here is general
Everything on this site — the service pages, the concern pages, the journal — is general information about conditions and about what we offer. It is not medical advice for your situation, it cannot take account of your history, and it must not be used as a substitute for a consultation. If you are unwell, book an appointment or contact your own doctor.
The tools
The Same-Week Board and the Health Check Builder are provided to help you plan. The Board reflects our published clinic sessions and our booking patterns; it is indicative, and an appointment is only confirmed when reception confirms it with you. The Builder prices a panel against our published price list and suggests the cheapest route; the final decision about which tests are appropriate for you is a clinical one, made in the appointment, and we may recommend removing tests.
Prices
Prices shown are current at the date of publication and may change. The price you will be charged is the one quoted to you before the service is carried out. Where VAT applies it is shown in the price.
No guarantee of outcome
We make no promises about clinical outcomes. Statements about how quickly people are usually seen describe our own booking record over the previous twelve months and are not a contractual commitment.
How our published figures are counted
"96% seen within five working days" counts routine, non-urgent appointment requests over the twelve months to 31 March 2026 where the patient accepted the first suitable slot offered. Requests where the patient asked for a later date, or for a specific clinician who was not available, are excluded. "14,200 appointments a year" counts all attended clinical appointments in the same period. Our review rating is as published by Google and is not curated by us.
