Optional, and only worth it above about four appointments a year. Here is the arithmetic.
When membership saves money, and when it does not
Individual membership is £68 a month, or £816 a year. It includes four GP appointments and an annual Foundation health check.
Bought separately, four appointments at £145 plus a Foundation check at £395 would be £975. So membership breaks even at about four appointments. Everything after that, plus 10% off physiotherapy, blood tests and procedures, is the saving.
If you expect to see us once or twice a year, do not join. Pay as you go is cheaper and nothing here is withheld from non-members.

Family

- Two adults and up to three children under 18. Children's appointments are unlimited.
- Membership is optional. Everything in this clinic is available to non-members at the prices above, and there is no surcharge for not joining.
- It is worth it if you expect to use us four or more times a year. Below that, pay as you go is cheaper, and we will tell you so if you ask.
- Monthly by direct debit, cancel with one month's notice. No joining fee and no minimum term.
- An Individual membership costs £816 a year. Four GP appointments and a Foundation health check bought separately would be £975, so the break-even is at about four appointments.
What membership does not do
It does not get you seen faster. The booking page shows the same availability to everyone, and we do not hold appointments back for members.
It does not include procedures, minor surgery, vaccines or specialist referrals. Those are discounted by 10%, not included.
It is not insurance. If you need an operation, membership will not pay for it.
