Seeing the same doctor each time
Continuity of care is one of the few things in general practice with strong evidence behind it, and it is the first thing to go when a practice gets busy.
Ask reception to keep your appointments with one clinician and they will. It sometimes means waiting a few extra days. For anything ongoing, that is usually worth it.
