Where we work

Kuching, area by area

We work with businesses across Kuching and the surrounding areas. Location is used where it clarifies who the business serves, never to invent a different project for each district.

We also work with businesses in Pending, Tabuan Jaya, Batu Kawa, Matang and Stutong.

Trade here is split between people who live in town and people who are visiting for two or three days. The site has to answer both, so opening hours and a map sit beside the photographs and the booking form.

Who we typically work with here

  • Cafes and restaurants
  • Hotels
  • Craft and gift shops
  • Tour operators

Common problems

What usually stops websites converting

Five problems we see again and again on business websites. Every one of them is fixable in a rebuild.

Website home page with a decorative hero and the offer area left blank inside a red dashed outline
Reason 01

Reading the home page leaves someone still unsure what is on offer.

Desktop website squeezed into a phone width with unreadable text and a red arrow at a cut off button
Reason 02

The site was drawn for a monitor and is awkward to use on a phone.

A page speed report with the page load time reading 9.4 seconds in red
Reason 03

Every page loads more than it needs, so it opens slowly.

Travel homepage with an empty red dashed strip under the headline photo
Reason 04

A ready buyer is given nothing obvious to click or tap.

Watch shop pages with high visit counts and no known source
Reason 05

There is no record of which pages actually produce contact.

Where we start

Fix the biggest problem first

We prioritise the issues most likely to affect leads, sales or wasted time instead of trying to change everything at once.

Show us what you have

What we build

What we design and build

Six types of build. Which one fits depends on what you are selling.

A car garage page with a workshop photo, a large call button and six service icons

Single page

One offer, one page, one thing to do next.

Six pages of an industrial parts site fanned in a row, one per product category

Business website

A page per service, each written to be found.

A dental treatment page shown on a phone, tablet and laptop, with reviews and a booking button

Redesign

A replacement build for a site that underperforms.

An enquiry form beside a list of five follow-up emails, each timed from immediately to two weeks

Lead funnel

Advert, page, form and follow-up as one route.

A coffee shop listing with roast and process filters, beside a panel of four delivery choices

Online store

Catalogue, checkout, delivery and order emails.

A laptop with four colour variations of the same clinic page floating up behind the screen

Custom features

Bookings, portals and links to your other tools.

What matters

What makes a website win customers

01First impressions

Look like the business you really are

Your own photographs, current details and plain wording do the work on the first screen. A reader judges quickly, and the page should hand them the facts rather than a paragraph of adjectives about quality.

Photographs of your shop

Your premises and work, never stock.

Phone screen designed first

The narrow layout comes first.

Quick away from wifi

Weight trimmed, then tested on phones.

Plain words throughout

Written so anyone can follow it.

02Custom build

Build the trust that earns the enquiry

Reviews sit beside the service they describe, the opening details are easy for your team to keep right, and the pages are drawn for your business rather than dropped into a template bought from a marketplace.

We map your customer

Who visits, and what they want.

Wording shaped with you

Headings and copy written together.

Reviews on the page

Shown beside the relevant service.

Your domain, your hosting

Registered to your business, not to us.

03Found on Google

Get named for the work people search

Pages are named and structured around the terms customers use, so each part of what you do has somewhere sensible to land instead of sharing one page with everything else the business happens to offer.

SEO structure set early

Headings, links and schema handled.

Quick on a mobile line

Weight trimmed and tested on phones.

Keyword-named pages

Page names taken from real searches.

Structured data included

Marked up as the pages are built.

Search results with a Kuching workshop ranked first for the exact repair it offers
04One team

Get fast pages built by one team

The people who plan the pages design them and write the code, so weight is trimmed as it goes rather than bolted on afterwards, and every login is handed to you on the day the site goes live.

One team throughout

One team plans, designs and codes it.

Custom parts as needed

Booking, ordering and member areas.

Logins handed over

Every account passed to you at launch.

Edit it without us

Ordinary changes take a few minutes.

Straight answers

Common questions

Straight answers to the questions businesses ask us most about web design.

In defined stages, each with something to look at and sign off. Calls are scheduled, project files sit in one shared folder and every decision is written down afterwards. Distance changes nothing about the sequence or about what you receive at the end of it.

With the list of pages. We work out what you sell, who buys it and the smallest set of pages that covers both, then price that. Starting narrow and adding later is easier than paying for pages nobody needed in the first place.

Usually yes. Existing text, photographs and product details can be reworked rather than replaced, and that keeps the project moving. Where something is genuinely missing, we say what is needed and when it has to arrive so the schedule holds.

On what the site has to do. The number of pages, how much design is drawn to order and whether selling or booking is involved decide most of it. All of that is agreed on a call and itemised, so the quote can be cut before design begins.

Usually two to three weeks for a business site once content is ready, longer where a store is included. The build is rarely the delay. Waiting on photographs, product details and approvals is, so those dates are fixed at the start of the project.

Yes. Kuching projects run remotely through scheduled calls, shared project files and clearly defined stages, which is how most of our work is delivered. You get the same reviews, the same written summaries and the same handover as any other client.

For most projects, yes, because support for it is easy to find and it keeps you free to change supplier. Where a project genuinely suits a shop platform or a custom build better, we explain the difference and the trade-off before anything is agreed.

We can set one up or tidy an existing one so the hours, services and photographs agree with the website. Local position depends on relevance, distance and prominence, so no agency can promise placement, and we do not make that claim.

Yes. The admin is set up so a new service page, a change of hours or a swapped photograph takes minutes rather than a support request. The training session is recorded, and a care plan covers it where nobody in the team wants the responsibility.

Thirty days of corrections at no cost, which handles the browser problems and form faults that only appear with real visitors. After that you can take a care plan for updates and backups, or bring us back as and when work comes up.

Yes. We are based in Relau, Penang, and Kuching projects run on scheduled calls and shared files with progress you can see weekly. The time zone is the same, and nothing about the work needs anyone to fly.
