What we look for
You have shipped real work and can own a project end to end. We do not hire to train juniors on a client's time.
You care whether the site sells, not just whether it looks good. You chase the result, not just the brief.
You can explain your thinking to a business owner without jargon, and say no when an idea is a bad one.
You build lean, you hit the date, and you leave work the next person can pick up without a map.
How we work
Work from wherever you do your best work. We measure what ships and what it earns the client, not when you are online.
Real projects with your name on them, senior from day one. No account-manager layer between you and the work.
We stay small so the bar stays high. You work directly with the people who set it, and your taste actually counts.
Open roles
We do not always have a seat open, but we always keep an eye out for people who are clearly very good. Designers, developers and marketers: send a short note and the two or three pieces of work you are proudest of. If there is a fit, we will reply.
