Common problems

Why most social media posting stalls

These social media problems make it harder to post regularly, win enquiries and track what works.

Velvet Room Salon Instagram calendar shows one post followed by three silent weeks.
Reason 01

You post when you remember, then go quiet for three weeks.

Maison Petal Meta results show 1,240 new followers while the red Leads tile remains zero.
Reason 02

Your follower count goes up and your leads do not.

Halden Interiors Instagram grid repeats the same Happy Monday text tile across three outlined posts.
Reason 03

You have run out of things to say and it shows.

Brightside Dental Facebook posts use clashing colors, different fonts, and three different logo versions.
Reason 04

Every post looks different because three people make them.

Golden Crumb Bakery Meta table shows three named posts with question marks in every Customers cell.
Reason 05

Nobody can tell you which post ever brought a customer.

Where we start

Fix the biggest problem first

We prioritise the issues most likely to affect leads, sales or wasted time instead of trying to change everything at once.

What matters

What makes social media bring customers

01Customer trust

Build trust by staying consistently visible

Customers are more likely to trust a business they see regularly. We publish useful content that demonstrates capability, answers common questions and keeps the brand present between buying moments.

Show real work

Use finished jobs and real results.

Answer customer questions

Turn common enquiries into useful posts.

Give people a reason to act

Use offers, timing or availability.

Adapt content by platform

Change format without changing the idea.

Three interior design posts in the Instagram feed: finished work, a question and an offer
02Consistent presence

Stay visible on the platforms customers use

A social presence only helps if it stays active where customers spend time. We plan content in advance so busy weeks do not turn into months of silence.

Monthly content plan

Plan and approve the month in advance.

Scheduled publishing

Keep posts going out on busy weeks.

Managed comment replies

Use wording approved by your team.

Shared content calendar

Keep upcoming posts visible to everyone.

03Organic insight

Reach more people who fit your target audience

Social media results show which topics, formats and calls to action earned replies, clicks or enquiries. We use those measured responses to plan the next content cycle for the same audience.

Identify top organic posts

Find content that earned attention alone.

Boost proven posts

Put spend behind posts that already work.

Use organic results in ads

Start paid tests from proven ideas.

Feed results into next month

Let winners shape what gets created.

04Website visits

Turn social attention into website visits

Social content should give interested people somewhere useful to go next. We use clear calls to action and relevant links so attention can move from the feed to the website.

Link every post somewhere

Give relevant content a clear destination.

Matching landing pages

Continue the same message after the click.

Track social traffic

Measure visits and enquiries from social.

Repeat proven posts

Reuse formats and topics that worked.

Straight answers

Common questions

What owners ask before handing over their social accounts. Answered plainly.

Only if your buyers use social media to check businesses like yours. A credible account on the right platform can support discovery, proof and direct enquiries.

Volume without a point is noise. Posting more does not make a post more worth reading. We would rather publish fewer posts that give someone a reason to care.

Social media copy can sound like the business when it starts with how you actually talk and what you actually know. Seed Light writes from that material, checks the result against your voice and agrees the wording with you before it is used. Copy that reads like a brochure fails that test.

Monthly social media marketing includes an agreed content plan, written captions, designed graphics, publishing and routine reply management. Seed Light reviews profile visits, link clicks, messages and enquiries at the end of the month. The next plan uses those results instead of follower count alone.

The right platform is one your buyers use and your business can support with suitable content. Existing enquiry data and account activity are better guides than trends.

The right posting frequency is one you can maintain with useful material and prompt replies. A steady schedule is easier to assess than a short burst followed by silence.

No, social media marketing is the content you publish to your own audience without paying for placement. Ads are paid placement in front of people who do not follow you yet.

We design the graphics and write the captions. Video editing and shoots are add-ons; otherwise you send the finished videos and we schedule and caption them.

Seed Light measures social media through profile visits, link clicks, direct messages and enquiries. Platform reach and follower growth provide context, but they do not show whether someone took a useful next step. The monthly report connects each result to the posts and links that produced it.

Social media marketing is priced from the platforms, publishing schedule, content formats, reply coverage and reporting required. Seed Light reviews the available material and approval process before quoting. Paid placement, when needed, is scoped separately from the organic content programme.

Timing depends on the starting account, available content, publishing consistency and the result being measured. Seed Light records a baseline and reports useful actions such as profile visits, clicks, messages and enquiries. No fixed date, audience growth or volume of leads can be guaranteed.

Seed Light needs accurate business updates, offers, suitable photos or video and timely approval of the content plan. We also need an agreed route for questions that require business knowledge. The schedule reflects the useful material available rather than filling dates with generic posts.

You own the social media accounts and approved content created for them. Seed Light is added through the platform's available access controls. If the work ends, the published posts, account history and business assets remain with you, subject to the platform's own terms.

Seed Light reviews the topic, format, timing, distribution and useful actions produced by the posts. The next plan can change the mix or stop repeating weak subjects. Organic social media cannot guarantee reach, followers or leads, so the report records what happened and what will change.

When social media marketing ends, Seed Light hands over approved content, the latest monthly report and any open reply notes, then removes its account access. The service is month to month by default and can be ended with 30 days written notice, unless your proposal says otherwise. Your accounts, published posts and business assets stay with you.

Related services include content marketing services, Meta ad campaigns, web design and development, an SEO agency and online marketing. Each has its own page, and any of them can start on the same call.
